Furniture Fair in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Furniture Sales and Design Consultant to blend home styling expertise with exceptional client service. You’ll engage one-on-one with clients in-store and in-home to design spaces that reflect their taste and needs.

Responsibilities include measuring spaces, presenting design plans, coordinating product arrivals, and maintaining product knowledge to exceed sales goals. We offer training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding design of living spaces to drive store sales.
• Perform productive in-home consultations including accurate measurement and assessment of client spaces.
• Engage clients professionally and personally, showcasing passion for the product.
• Maintain a professional appearance representing the Furniture Fair brand.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and space.
• Follow through on product arrivals and setup to ensure seamless experiences.
• Demonstrate clienteling by following up with promotions and new product arrivals.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed goals.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design center assortment.

• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
• Follow through on product arrivals and set up with each client to ensure a seamless experience
• Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills including following up with clients regarding promotions, new product arrivals etc.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design center assortment
