Responsabilités

• Support Outside Sales Representatives.
• Properly assist in product specification and quoting.
• Clarify orders, confirm finishes and pricing, reserve fabric, allocate commission, and communicate order status and proformas.
• Provide product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours.
• Focus on customer relations.
• Manage orders from specification to delivery.
• Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests.
• Facilitate communications between offices.
• Work as part of a team to address inquiries.
• Provide back-up to the team as required.
• Resolve customer problems and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Representatives
• Properly assist in product specification and quoting
• Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications in regards to order status, acknowledgements, and Proforma invoices
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
• Focus on customer relations
• Manage orders from specification to delivery
• Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests
• Facilitate communications between offices
• Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries
• Provide back-up to team as required
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
