Kimbrell’s Furniture seeks a Sales Consultant in South Carolina to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales through consultative selling, relationship building, and local partnerships.

You will promote products, financing options, and add-ons, maintain product knowledge, and handle transactions to support a welcoming showroom. A flexible retail schedule and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; education/experience considered
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Previous social media business-building experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers in a professional, courteous, and consultative manner.
• Drive business growth by generating store traffic and sales through social media, community outreach, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement, follow-up, and business development activities.
• Promote products, financing options, and add-ons to maximize value.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, warranties, and promotions to assist decisions.
• Accurately complete sales documentation, quotes, and order details per policies.
• Process transactions (cash, credit, and installments) and handle payments securely.
• Maintain cash handling accountability and resolve discrepancies with management.
• Support showroom operations: keep sales floor clean and organized.
• Assist with merchandising, product assembly, and furniture movement as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned
