Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Repair Technician to inspect, repair, and rewrap furniture pieces from the Shipping dock and Returns area. The role requires hands-on experience with case goods and upholstery repairs, using a variety of hand tools, and maintaining high attention to detail.

You will work in the Repair Shop and support daily QC tasks while ensuring a safe workspace. The position involves identifying damaged product, determining disposition, and performing both Regular and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of repair experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of case goods and upholstery repair.

Responsibilities

• Repair upholstery and case goods as needed.
• Inspect for flawed or damaged product.
• Collaborate with Shipping to replace damaged items.
• Report potential QC issues and determine final disposition of damaged products.
• Perform Regular and White Glove inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
