Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Furniture Technician in Tracy, CA to repair wood and upholstery, perform burn-ins, color matching, and finish work to maintain high-quality furniture products.

Requires at least 1 year of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as production needs dictate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience.
• Upholstery and wood repairs including burn-ins.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.

• Furniture repair skill assessment testing will be required as part of interview process.

You’ll Be Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will

• Able to perform wood and upholstery repairs including burn-ins, wood graining and clear finish.
• Repair on top surface (larger than ½ inch).
• Color match on top surface.
• Proper applications of sealers and top coats.
• Polishing top coat to vendor specifications.

• Proper application of finishes using spray gun.

• Furniture repair skills assessment testing may be required as part of the interview process.
