Job summary

MillerKnoll is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in the Atlanta area to assemble furniture and components in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing setting. You will follow work instructions, ensure quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will participate in cross-training, maintain a safe work area, and work overtime as needed to meet production schedules and customer demand. 5S and standard work practices guide daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Performance-oriented work experience.
• Basic math including counting, addition, subtraction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble furniture and components per work instructions and quality standards.
• Follow written and verbal work orders, policies and procedures.
• Maintain 5S and safe, clean work area.
• Rotate across departmental workstations and meet cycle times.
