Job summary

You’ll read routings and BOMs, set up and troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing equipment experience, basic math skills, and the ability to work as part of a team while adapting to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read dimensional drawings.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Comfort using measuring tools and performing maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to fabricate, assemble, or move products.
• Read routings and BOMs to ensure parts meet quality expectations.
• Set up, load, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment; perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in process improvements.
