Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing, production, scheduling, or operations experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
