Responsibilities include packing, labeling, coordinating with freight, and assisting with deliveries and installations, under the Warehouse Operations Manager. Medical and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience in home decor or interiors.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Computer and ERP systems experience needed.
• Team player with proactive approach.
• Ability to lift and mobilize large items up to 100 lbs using proper techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pack weekly furniture orders with correct documentation.
• Support Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager on priorities.
• Execute daily packing needs for furniture items.
• Assist in weekly furniture transfers and store deliveries.
• Support drivers with loading/unloading furniture.
• Label and bin items correctly in the warehouse.
• Ensure packing standards and item protection.
• Coordinate with freight companies and sign BOLs.
• Manage packing supplies inventory with Shipping Lead.
• Assist production pickups and client installs as assigned.
