The position requires 1+ year in a warehouse-like setting, basic math and computer skills, and reliable teamwork. Compensation aligns with hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills for order tasks and documentation.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow English safety instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong reliability, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, prepare, and pack customer orders by reviewing pick lists and selecting the correct items for shipment.
• Complete orders efficiently within timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Inspect products prior to packing for damage or quality concerns.
• Safely assist with loading/unloading using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Prepare and verify shipping labels and order details to prevent fulfillment errors.
• Move and organize furniture and accessories to support efficient warehouse flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and comply with safety procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to a supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily shipping goals and customer expectations.
