Warehouse & Utility Support
Handling, moving, turning, and positioning furniture components and finished goods
Loading and unloading furniture on platforms, carts, or racks
Installing hardware or mechanisms using hand tools
Supporting furniture assembly processes in a fast-paced production environment
Meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Upholstery
Upholstering furniture frames using leather or fabric
Pulling, stretching, tacking, and securing materials to frames
Ensuring proper fit, appearance, and craftsmanship
Sewing
Operating industrial sewing machines to sew leather or fabric components
Following patterns, specifications, and work instructions
Ideal candidates typically bring:
Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–9 hours per day)
Comfort working independently or as part of a team
Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
