Reports to the VP of Operations; responsibilities include on-site leadership, logistics planning, team training, and maintaining professional standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in carpentry or construction preferred for furniture installations.
• Ability to read and interpret installation drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Willingness to learn new technology, equipment, and processes.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee furniture installation teams in the field.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely, safe installations.
• Manage installation logistics including access, staging, sequencing, and site constraints.
• Train, coach, and accountability of team members to standards.
• Maintain job site safety and professionalism.
• Communicate proactively with clients and contractors.
