Job summary

Rieke Office Interiors, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to oversee furniture installations across commercial sites in the Midwest. You will mentor crew members, communicate professionally with clients, and report to the Operations Manager and Installation Supervisor.

This hands-on role involves installing office furniture and ensuring quality and safety at all sites. Strong leadership and bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing furniture or performing carpentry in construction.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools and woodworking safely.
• Experience performing quality control for completed projects.
• Experience moving commercial furniture.
• Customer service experience.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure clear communication of project scope.
• Coordinate installation teams for safe, efficient work flow.
• Oversee installation of furniture at multiple sites.
• Perform quality control to meet high standards.
• Enforce safety procedures at warehouse and jobsites.
• Lead installations to completion and troubleshoot issues.
• Train team members on best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with supervisor and management as needed.
