This hands-on mentor role requires leadership, clear client communication, and safety with hand and power tools. You will coordinate between management, crews and clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time project delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position demands weekend and early hours when needed and a commitment to safety and teamwork across all jobsites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience installing/constructing furniture or carpentry in construction.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, woodworking tools safely.
• Proven leadership responsibilities and ability to train team members.
• Strong customer service skills and client communication.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure project communication and understanding.
• Lead the installation team to safely install furniture across sites.
• Ensure highest quality workmanship and compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supervisors to manage schedules.
• Train team members on best construction practices and methods.
