Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Furniture Delivery Assistant in Lowell, MA to support the delivery team and ensure customers receive their newly purchased furniture with care.

You will inspect, wrap, and prepare orders for transport, assist with loading/unloading, and help assemble items at the customer's home, placing each piece where requested. A strong, customer-focused attitude and physical ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, lower, push and pull furniture over 200 lbs, including stair navigation.
• Professional, courteous, customer-focused attitude in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and prepare each order for transport.
• Assist with loading and unloading the truck.
• Assemble furniture at the customer’s home and place items as requested.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a warm, memorable experience.
