Hooker Furnishings Corporation is seeking a CAD Systems & Pattern Development Specialist in Hickory, NC. You will create and manage digital CAD patterns, markers, and data used across production, partnering with Product Development and Manufacturing to ensure accurate, efficient patterns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience with technical software, computer systems, or database management preferred.
• Manufacturing, furniture, textile, or pattern-making experience is helpful but not required.
• Exposure to CAD/Lectra software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAD files for patterns and production data.
• Maintain style libraries, markers, variants, and production files.
• Generate material utilization and costing information.
• Organize CAD databases, file structures, and backups.
• Digitize patterns for new product introductions and updates.
• Provide cross-functional CAD support to production teams.
• Improve pattern efficiency and data accuracy through projects.
