Job summary

Leaders Furniture Largo, Florida is seeking a Furniture Assembly team member. You will work in our warehouse assembling and preparing furniture for delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

with occasional overtime. Base pay starts at $15.75 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $22.05 per hour based on production. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, generous paid time off,

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Able to lift 20lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally, and over 50lbs in a team lift.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and reliability a must.
• Desire to win and contribute to a fast-paced warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Load product onto trailers for the delivery team.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.
