Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Florida is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery and to load products onto delivery trailers. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime.

Base pay starts at $15.75 per hour with the possibility to earn up to $22.05 per hour based on production. Ideal candidates can stand and walk the entire shift and lift up to 20 lb frequently, 50 lb occasionally, and over 50 lb with a team lift.

We work as a team in our warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery. We then load the product onto our trailers for the delivery team. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. occasional overtime required. The pay structure for this position is based on production. Base pay starts at $15.75 with the possibility to make up to $22.05 depending on your production.
