Job summary

Leaders Furniture Largo, Florida is seeking a Furniture Assembly team member. You will work in our warehouse assembling and preparing furniture for delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

with occasional overtime. Base pay starts at $15.75 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $22.05 per hour based on production. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, generous paid time off,

• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Able to lift 20lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally, and over 50lbs in a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Work in a warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery.

Compensation: $15.75 - $22.05

We work as a team in our warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery. We then load the product onto our trailers for the delivery team. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. occasional overtime required. The pay structure for this position is based on production. Base pay starts at $15.75 with the possibility to make up to $22.05 depending on your production.
