Job summary

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 2nd Shift team in Sparks, NV. This full-time role offers stability, a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule, and a starting base pay of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Production Associates are trained across cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly; strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform moderate physical work are required.

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 2nd Shift team! If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends—this could be a great fit. Our Production Associates are trained on all skill sets in the commercial chair build process to include cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly. They need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Associate positions are non-safety sensitive positions.

• In addition to a starting rate of $19.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for a total of $20.00/hour, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K. Our comprehensive benefits package begins the 1st day of the month following your hire date!
• We offer 10 paid holidays per year starting immediately. We offer a 4% 401(k) match at 90 days with immediate vesting!!
• Our Second Shift worksMonday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM with Overtime on Fridays as needed.
