Job summary

Via Seating is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Sales team, responsible for contract administration, compliance, and growth across State/Local Government, Education, and GSA contracts. The role combines strategic management with hands-on administration, bid coordination and pricing support, while collaborating with sales, dealers, marketing, and accounting.

This position can be in-office, remote, or hybrid, and is not a safety-sensitive role. Salary range: $65K-$76K to start DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration and compliance.
• Ability to support quotations and pricing activities.
• Exposure to government/state/local education contracts and GSA programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts across State/Local Government, Education, and GSA programs.
• Coordinate bids, quotes, and pricing support; assist marketing and dealer networks.
• Provide internal training and ensure contract compliance and utilization.

Via Seating is hiring a Contracts Specialist to join our Sales team!!

Via’s Contracts Specialist is responsible for the administration, management, compliance, support, and growth of Via’s State/Local Government, Cooperative, Education, and GSA contracts. This role combines strategic contract management responsibilities with hands‑on contract administration, bid coordination, quoting support, pricing support, marketing support, dealer and rep support, and internal training.
This position works closely with Sales Leadership, Reps, Dealers, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, and external consulting partners to maximize contract utilization, ensure compliance, support business development efforts, and improve the overall public sector customer experience.

Via’s Contracts Specialist can be in-office, remote or hybrid position. This position is not a safety‑sensitive position.

Salary Range is $65K-$76K annually to start DOE.
