Job summary

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 2nd Shift team in Sparks, NV. This full-time role offers stability, a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule, and a starting base pay of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Production Associates are trained across cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly; strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform moderate physical work are required.

Qualifications

• Trained across cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly.
• Requires sound hand-eye coordination and ability to perform moderate physical work.
• Shift requires adaptability to a 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and upholster chairs on the 2nd shift.
• Handle multiple production steps including cutting, wood/foam, kitting and upholstery.
