Bitter Neumann in Waupaca, WI is hiring a motivated Furniture & Appliance Sales Specialist to join our team. You’ll help customers across furniture, mattress and appliance departments, build relationships and guide selections to fit homes and budgets.

The role offers a base-plus-commission structure with uncapped earning potential, overtime opportunities, paid time off, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance. Previous product knowledge is helpful but not required.

Bitter Neumann is looking for a motivated, results-driven Furniture & Appliance Sales Specialist to join our Waupaca team. This position is for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals and wants the opportunity to build a successful career in sales.

You’ll work with customers across our furniture, mattress and appliance departments, helping them find the right products for their homes while building relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Furniture, mattress or appliance experience is helpful but not required; we can teach you products.

A Schedule You Can Count On

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm
• One day of the week off (exact schedule to be determined at time of hire)
• No Sundays
• Consistent scheduled days and hours

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs, priorities, style and budget from an established local customer base
• Guide customers through furniture, mattress and appliance selections
• Help customers select everything from individual furniture pieces and mattresses to complete rooms and appliance packages
• Present relevant accessories, protection plans, financing options and additional products
• Confidently ask for the sale and professionally work through customer questions and objections
• Follow up consistently with quotes, leads and customers who haven’t purchased
• Learn furniture, mattress and appliance brands, features, specifications, customization options, promotions and new products
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals
• Follow Bitter Neumann's established sales processes and systems
• Work closely with delivery, service and other departments to provide a great customer experience
• Review your results and continually look for opportunities to improve
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments while taking ownership of your individual sales goals and performance
