Bitter Neumann Appliance Furniture Mattress in Sheboygan, WI, is hiring an experienced Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team. You’ll deliver furniture, appliances and mattresses to customers’ homes, install units, and ensure safe handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance delivery/installation, furniture delivery, moving or a related hands-on field.
• Comfortable driving a delivery truck and working in a two-person team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, mattresses and appliances safely and efficiently to customers’ homes.
• Install and set up appliances according to procedures and manufacturer requirements.
• Safely load, unload, carry and protect merchandise.
• Protect customers’ homes and property during delivery and installation.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or concerns and communicate issues.
• Complete delivery paperwork and relay issues to the store.

Bitter Neumann is looking for an experienced, dependable Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team. This position is for someone who already has experience in delivery, appliance installation, moving, furniture handling or a related hands‑on field and is ready to take on more responsibility.

A Schedule You Can Count On

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional later days when deliveries require it
• One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No Sundays
• No overnight travel — home every night

What You’ll Do

• Deliver furniture, mattresses and appliances safely and efficiently to customers’ homes
• Install and set up appliances according to company procedures and manufacturer requirements
• Safely load, unload, carry and protect merchandise
• Protect customers’ homes and property throughout the delivery and installation process
• Inspect merchandise before delivery and identify damage, installation concerns or other issues
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a positive delivery experience
• Troubleshoot common delivery and installation challenges in the field
• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate issues back to the store
• Maintain delivery trucks, tools and equipment
• Assist with warehouse operations, customer pickups and merchandise preparation as needed
• Work effectively with a delivery partner and help less‑experienced team members develop their skills

Who We’re Looking For

For this position, we’re looking for someone who can bring relevant experience to the team and grow into greater responsibility.

• Previous experience in appliance delivery/installation, furniture delivery, moving or a related hands‑on field
• Comfortable driving a delivery truck and working as part of a two‑person delivery team
• Experience safely moving large, heavy and high‑value merchandise
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make good decisions in customers’ homes
• Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier merchandise as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check
• No CDL required
