Bitter Neumann is looking for an experienced Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team in Wisconsin. You will deliver and install furniture, mattresses and appliances in customers' homes, working directly with customers and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally and correctly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance delivery/installation, furniture delivery, moving or a related hands-on field.
• Comfortable driving a delivery truck as part of a two-person team.
• Experience safely moving large, high-value merchandise and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, mattresses and appliances safely and efficiently to customers' homes.
• Install and set up appliances according to company procedures and manufacturer requirements.
• Safely load, unload, carry and protect merchandise.
• Protect customers' homes and property throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Inspect merchandise before delivery and identify damage, installation concerns or other issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a positive delivery experience.
• Troubleshoot common delivery and installation challenges in the field.
• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate issues back to the store.
• Maintain delivery trucks, tools and equipment.
• Assist with warehouse operations, customer pickups and merchandise preparation as needed.
• Work effectively with a delivery partner and help less-experienced team members develop their skills.

Bitter Neumann is looking for an experienced, dependable Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team. This position is for someone who already has experience in delivery, appliance installation, moving, furniture handling or a related hands‑on field and is ready to take on more responsibility.

You'll deliver and install furniture, mattresses and appliances in customers' homes, work directly with customers and help ensure every delivery is completed safely, professionally and correctly.

A Schedule You Can Count On

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional later days when deliveries require it
• One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No Sundays
• No overnight travel — home every night

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

For this position, we're looking for someone who can bring relevant experience to the team and grow into greater responsibility.

• Previous experience in appliance delivery/installation, furniture delivery, moving or a related hands‑on field
• Comfortable driving a delivery truck and working as part of a two‑person delivery team
• Experience safely moving large, heavy and high‑value merchandise
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make good decisions in customers' homes
• Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to safely lift anywhere from 25 lbs up to 450 lbs, (with equipment) in close proximity to a coworker
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• No CDL required

We recognize that delivery and installation experience can look different from person to person. Starting pay within the $23–$26/hour range will be based on your experience, installation knowledge, driving ability and ability to independently handle the responsibilities of the position.
