Bitter Neumann in Sheboygan is seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships, guiding customers through furniture and mattress selections and achieving sales goals.

No prior product knowledge required; we can teach you products. You will earn from base pay and uncapped commissions with solid growth opportunities and benefits.

A schedule includes Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturdays 9am–3pm with one day off weekly, no Sundays.

Bitter Neumann is looking for a motivated, results-driven Furniture Sales Specialist to join our Sheboygan team. This position is for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals and wants the opportunity to build a successful career in sales. Furniture or design experience is helpful but not required; we can teach you products.

A Schedule You Can Count On

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs, style, priorities and budget from an established local customer base
• Guide customers through furniture and mattress selections, from individual pieces to complete-room solutions
• Help customers select appropriate styles, fabrics, finishes, colors and configurations for their homes
• Present relevant accessories, protection plans, financing options and additional products
• Confidently ask for the sale and professionally work through customer questions and objections
• Follow up consistently with quotes, leads and customers who haven't purchased
• Learn furniture and mattress brands, features, construction, customization options, promotions and new products
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals
• Follow Bitter Neumann's established sales processes and systems
• Work closely with delivery, service and other departments to provide a great customer experience
• Review your results and continually look for opportunities to improve
