You will collaborate with Operations and Maintenance, lead or support incident investigations, and develop operating procedures to sustain on‑plan performance while mentoring engineers and operations

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in process engineering, production/operations support, or plant engineering.
• Experience with pyrolysis furnaces in olefins manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day technical support for safe, stable, and efficient furnace operation.
• Monitor process conditions and troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, OSHA/EPA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop operating procedures and plans for the furnace area.
• Mentor engineers and operations personnel to build technical competency.
• Drive furnace optimization and maintenance planning to minimize constraints.
