Job summary

Dowa THT America Inc is seeking a Furnace Operator to join our production team. This role loads and unloads furnaces, performs furnace and gas checks, and records data per recipe and alarm, under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

The 12-hour shift runs 5 am to 5 pm on a rotating weekend schedule. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for 12 hours, and follow strict safety guidelines. Background check and drug test required.

Job description

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Furnace Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and logged recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary.

This is a 12 hour shift, rotating weekends. 5 am to 5 pm.

The successful candidate will have a

Minimum starting pay is from $20.00/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment.
