Job summary
Johns Manville is seeking a Furnace Superintendent to oversee two furnace production lines in a 24/7 Etowah, TN facility. You will lead a unionized workforce, drive safety, productivity and quality, and manage training, performance reviews and labor relations as part of a continuous improvement culture.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or relevant field and at least 5 years of operational leadership in manufacturing, with SAP/ERP familiarity and strong planning
