Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1.5 years’ relevant experience including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills.
• Must be able to use computers for email communications and data entry in production/receiving systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials and inventory moving by resolving incoming material exceptions and discrepancies.
• Partner with other teams to solve issues related to metal.
• Monitor production flow and Furnace/Metal levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Support safety, quality, and production requirements to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work cross-functionally to support department needs, manage customer rates, and expedite incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete basic equipment repairs and preventive/general maintenance under supervision.
• Jump in where needed and perform other duties as assigned.
