• Expedite production, resolve delays and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate programs like maintenance, safety and cost reduction.
• Participate in budgeting and monitor manufacturing performance vs. budget.
• Support capital equipment selection for production areas.
• Perform managerial duties including hiring, coaching and performance management.
