Job summary

ResourceMFG in Waterville, OH is seeking a skilled Machine Builder to assemble custom industrial furnaces and equipment according to engineering prints and specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and experience across multiple skilled trades.

You will weld, fabricate, pipe, and perform basic electrical tasks, read schematics, and ensure safety and quality standards on each build. This 1st shift position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience welding, fabrication, electrical work, and/or piping.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read prints/schematics.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom furnaces from detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Perform welding, fabrication, piping, and basic electrical work.
• Ensure builds meet quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete complex builds.
