ANDRITZ Inc. is seeking a Sales Application Engineer for the Furnace Aftermarket Team to support spare parts, service, and retrofit scopes across North America. You will develop estimates, review RFQs, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to deliver value-driven proposals.

The role requires strong costing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites and ANDRITZ facilities in North America.

Qualifications

• BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Experience developing estimates/quotations for industrial equipment or retrofit projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates and quotations for spare parts, service work, and rebuild/retrofit scopes.
• Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare cost models including material, labor, subcontract, freight, and contingency; validate lead times.
