Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Staff Associate to join our compassionate team. You will assist funeral directors with events, help maintain the facility, and provide information to client families in a respectful and professional manner.

This role supports families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one, with strong local and regional support to focus on meaningful service.

Competenze

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with funeral directors at on-site events, including services and arrangement conferences.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with families.
• Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased.
• Assist in preparing the memorial area for the family before services.
• Ensure flowers and memorabilia are returned to families after services.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person.
