Job summary

Riemann Family Funeral Homes is seeking an Ambassador to support funeral and memorial services. You will help families, guide guests, and assist with visitation events to ensure services run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include greeting families, directing guests, coordinating memorial materials, and maintaining facility readiness. Strong communication and empathy are essential; bilingual skills are a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Some travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs client families and guests to the correct chapel.
• Directs visitors to guest book and distributes materials.
• Assists with serving the needs of client families during visitation and memorialization.
• Receives and places flowers in chapels.
• Ensures refreshments are available.
• Maintains cleanliness of lobby, chapels, restrooms and reception areas.
