Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner to close pre-set appointments and leverage a comprehensive support system including lead generation and strategic marketing resources. You will work with one of our premier funeral home partners to meet with clients, typically in 90-minute meetings, with a clear path to advancement through licensure.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, field mentorship, and regional/national incentive programs, plus the chance to participate in Precoa Escapes

Qualifications

• Requires current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Leverage lead generation and marketing programs to drive qualified meetings.
• Represent Precoa with funeral home partners in client meetings lasting about 90 minutes.
• Develop professional credentials through licensure to support long-term career growth.
