Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner who thrives in a consultative sales role. You’ll work with a dedicated team that provides qualified leads, appointment setting, and marketing resources to help you meet ambitious goals.

Earn competitive, uncapped commissions by closing pre-set appointments (typical range $40,000–$50,000 annually). A life insurance license or ability to obtain one is required, with supportive incentives and annual trips.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments to earn commission.
• Leverage lead generation and marketing programs to meet clients.
• Represent one of Precoa's premier funeral home partners in meetings with clients.
• Develop relationships with clients to plan their final wishes.
