• Experience: 5+ years with increasing responsibilities; 2+ years guiding staff; budgeting/expense controls preferred.
• Skills: leadership, budgeting, communication; ability to work evenings/weekends; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single Funeral Home location and drive profitable growth.
• Develop annual business plan and budget; monitor financial, production, and revenue goals.
• Lead, develop, and coach staff; ensure high service standards for client families.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; manage facilities, scheduling, and vendor relations.
• Promote funeral, cemetery, and cremation services; engage with community and stakeholders.
