Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting function and collections of accounts receivable.
• Verifies and pays accounts payable invoices; manages cash receipts and deposits.
• Maintains petty cash; reconciles accounts; processes bank deposits.
• Tracks CEAs; orders office supplies and manages inventory.
• Coordinates orders for memorials, caskets, vaults and markers.
• Supports HR processes, payroll, and new hire paperwork.
• Generates monthly reports and KPI stack rankings.
• Maintains customer records and updates obituaries for publication.
• Interacts with families and staffs professionally and compassionately.
