NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an experienced Funeral Home Manager to oversee operations at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, FL.

Lead a high-performing team, drive service excellence for families, and grow two premier funeral homes through community engagement and strong operational performance.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve, with licensure as a Funeral Director in Florida or reciprocity.

Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5+ years of funeral service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

What You Bring
