Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5+ years of funeral service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of funeral home operations.
• Build, coach, and inspire a service-focused team committed to excellence.
• Drive business performance by achieving case volume, revenue, and profitability goals.

• Represent Beth Israel Memorial Chapel at community, religious, and professional functions.
• Plan and support memorial events, holiday remembrance programs, and other family-centered initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional service experiences that consistently exceed family expectations.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards.
