Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation seeks a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer in Stillwater, OK. You will lead memorialization planning, coordinate service details with clergy and families, and ensure dignity in every step of the process.

The role requires a four-year degree, 5 years’ licensure experience, and a valid state license with reciprocal recognition. Relocation assistance up to $5,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
• 5 years’ experience as a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer.
• Valid state Funeral Director and Embalmer License; reciprocal across states and in good standing.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client families to design services meeting memorialization expectations.
• Present all merchandizing and service options available.
• Coordinate all service arrangements with clergy and organizations.
• Prepare and embalm the deceased per legal requirements and with dignity.
• Oversee team members during services and assign roles.
• Direct and usher families to and from the funeral service.
• Arrange and coordinate shipment or transportation of remains.
