Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Funeral Director to lead the full spectrum of client services from arrangement to final disposition. You will present options to families and coordinate a respectful, personalized farewell.

You will supervise team members during services, ensure accurate paperwork and regulatory compliance, and maintain open, compassionate communication with families and staff. Requirements include a state license, mortuary school completion, and on-call availability;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state funeral director license.
• Completed mortuary school.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service; funeral industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-call/first call.

Responsibilities

• Present all service and merchandise options to families.
• Oversee services and coordinate with team to ensure quality.
• Ensure proper paperwork and permits are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with transfers and preparation of decedents as needed per regulations.
• Maintain accurate client files and communicate outcomes to staff.
