Responsibilities

• Review each hold to ensure it complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Make corrections if needed and contact banking centers to verify changes.
• Prepare and mail Notices of Delayed Availability when an exception hold exists.
• Perform secondary reviews when needed.
• Monitor the Support-RegCC email box and assist banking centers by phone.
• Maintain the monthly spreadsheet of daily holds and holds with errors.
• Cross-train with other departments for related duties.
