Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• General knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Prior banking or related experience preferred.
• Positive, professional interactions with banking center associates.
• Good organizational skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review all account holds placed under the regulation for Delayed Funds Availability and ensure compliance.
• Review each hold to ensure it is placed within regulatory guidelines.
• Make corrections if needed; may include contacting the banking center to verify or discuss changes.
• Prepare a Notice of Delayed Availability if an exception hold was placed; prepare letters to be mailed same day.
• Perform secondary reviews when needed.
• Monitor the Support-RegCC email box and assist banking centers by phone with any questions regarding holds.
• Maintain the monthly spreadsheet of each day’s holds and holds with errors.
• Cross-train with other department associates for other various duties as assigned.
