Job summary

University of Oklahoma Foundation is seeking a Recruiter in Norman, OK to lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding fundraising and organizational roles. This role reports to the Director of Employee Experience and will partner with managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding across candidate communications.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications or related field.
• 2-4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Manages internal job description bank and collaborates with managers to identify hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and needs of the organization.
• Manages internal and external career centers and coordinates with Foundation colleagues to contribute to the organization’s LinkedIn profile.
• Assists with job posting and recruiting advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to advance to hiring managers.
• Facilitates interview process, including scheduling and overseeing the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Initiates job offer process in collaboration with the hiring manager and other human resources staff.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and organization policies.
• Ensures the adequate reflection of employer brand in all candidate communication.
• Attends and participates in job fairs, conferences and recruiting sessions.
• Collaborates with HR colleagues and hiring managers to onboard new employees.
• Updates and maintains internal org charts.
