Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 36 months Recruiting, Human Resources, or related experience.
• Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain job listings across departments.
• Support recruitment initiatives for student and staff positions.
• Assist with background screenings and pre-employment processes.
• Provide guidance on applications, resumes, and required hiring documentation.
• Coordinate communications with applicants, hiring managers, and external vendors.
