Hammer Residences, Inc. is seeking a Development Systems Administrator who will manage the fundraising technology stack, serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for the development ecosystem, and ensure that Raiser’s Edge and related systems interact effectively to support efficient fundraising operations and data integrity across platforms.

This role partners with senior leadership and the Development Team to respond to information requests, generate meaningful reports, support moves

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with CRM software and relational databases.
• Raiser’s Edge (RE NXT) experience required.
• Ability to generate and interpret fundraising reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily to annual fundraising systems documentation.
• Oversee reporting, moves management, and prospect development.
• Train staff on fundraising platforms and data integrity practices.
• Collaborate with IT and Development teams to optimize workflows.
