Venture Search is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Project Management team in New York. You will support fundraising campaigns for alternative investment funds and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes detail, client coordination, and data integrity, with opportunities to work on pitch decks, due diligence materials, and investor updates in a fast-paced capital-raising environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 18 months experience in Investment Banking or Placement Agent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fundraising campaigns for alternative investment funds.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines across multiple projects.
• Assist in prep and review of fundraising materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, investor updates).
• Maintain records of investor interactions and CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate roadshows and investor meetings with distribution team.
• Liaise with clients to collect materials for investor due diligence.
• Generate periodic reports and analytics for internal teams and clients.
