Job summary

The Glass Art Society is seeking a Development and Membership Specialist to help fund GAS programs and activities, coordinate donor relations, and build partnerships with supporters and stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and staff to plan, track, and meet fundraising goals for institutional projects.

Ideal candidates bring proven grant writing experience, donor stewardship skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a nonprofit

Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising and grant writing is required.
• Ability to identify and secure funding sources for programs.
• Demonstrated success in developing individual and corporate giving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure funding sources for GAS programs and activities.
• Support GAS staff, Board, volunteers in fundraising processes.
• Develop partnerships to promote growth and outreach efforts.
• Set, prioritize, and track fundraising goals for institutional projects.
• Research and set up giving sources for executive outreach.
• Create development plans and manage grant calendars.
• Research, write, and submit grant applications and reports.
